We specialise in Retail, Hospitals, Factories and Real Estate.
Engineer, Procure and Construct
Although we can operate as a traditional contractor, we specialise in EPC contracts where we manage the project lifecycle of design, procurement and construction for our clients.
Demolition
We can perform demolition works for clients. We have carried out a lot of demolition works on brownfield sites.
MEP
We perform all design, procurement and installation of the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems in house. We do not subcontract any of our MEP works. This ensures a smooth and efficient interface with the civil and architectural trades.
Infrastructure
Although we are not a pure infrastructure company, we carry out infrastructure works in house on all our projects. Where large infrastructure works are required, we will subcontract, but with a management team that has a lot of experience in management of infrastructure works
Site Management
The majority of our Site Managers are all Engineers with years of Site Experience in West Africa.
