Bilal has extensive experience in the design and construction of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services.  He has worked in Ghana, Ivory Coast, Turkmenistan, Equatorial Guinea and Lebanon on numerous projects.  He is an Electrical Engineer with a BEng in Industrial and Maintenance Engineering from the University of Lebanon and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Balamand.
